PropInSync ("PropInSync", "we", "our", or "us") provides a real estate sales operations platform for developers, admins, managers, and authorized business users. By using PropInSync, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When an account is created, we may collect name, email address, phone number, role or designation, organization or tenant name, login credentials, user status, and permissions.

Business and CRM Data

Users may enter or upload business data into PropInSync, including:

  • Project information.
  • Inventory and unit details.
  • Lead and customer information.
  • Visit schedules and visit records.
  • Booking or unit status details.
  • Team member records.
  • Uploaded files, images, documents, or spreadsheets.
  • Notes, remarks, notifications, and activity records.

Usage and Technical Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages or features accessed, request logs, error logs, authentication and session activity, and date and time of access.

Uploaded Files

If you upload files, images, spreadsheets, or documents, these files may be stored securely using third-party cloud storage providers.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and operate the PropInSync platform.
  • Authenticate users and manage sessions.
  • Enable CRM, lead, project, inventory, visit, and team management features.
  • Process file uploads and background jobs.
  • Send transactional emails such as password reset emails.
  • Maintain audit, security, and operational logs.
  • Improve platform reliability, performance, and user experience.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

3. Customer Data Ownership

Organizations and users retain ownership of the business data they enter into PropInSync. PropInSync processes this data only to provide the service, support platform operations, improve reliability, and comply with applicable obligations.

Each organization is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary rights and permissions to upload, store, and process customer, lead, employee, or business data in PropInSync.

4. Sharing of Information

Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers for cloud hosting, database hosting, file storage, email delivery, error monitoring, analytics or operational logging, infrastructure, and security services. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to comply with law, regulation, court order, or legal process; protect our rights, users, systems, or property; investigate fraud, security issues, or misuse; or enforce our Terms of Use.

Business Transfers

If PropInSync is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls, authentication, encrypted connections where supported, and restricted administrative access. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored through PropInSync.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for restricting access to authorized users only.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the PropInSync service, maintain business and operational records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups and security logs.

Organizations may request deletion or export of their data, subject to technical feasibility, legal requirements, backup retention, and contractual obligations.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

PropInSync may use cookies or similar technologies to keep users logged in, manage authentication sessions, improve security, remember user preferences, and understand basic usage patterns. Users may disable cookies in their browser, but some parts of PropInSync may not function properly.

8. User Rights and Requests
